Business Development Manager

Aglaris ltd., Biotech company dedicated to develop fully automated cell culture bioreactors, is looking for a full time ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our business. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective development strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable business growth through boosting contacts and forging strong relationships with future clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on costumer needs
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customers and their needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients/collaborators
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives
  • Prepare collaboration contracts ensuring adherence to law, established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople 
  • Achieve revenue goals

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in the biotechnology sector, preferably cell therapy, bioreactors or regenerative medicine (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Native speaker of English or based in the UK for at least the past 15 years
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
